 Lincoln Temple is located in the Shaw neighborhood of Washington, D.C. on the northeast corner of 11th & R Streets, NW.  The main artery streets near us are Rhode Island Avenue (US Rte 1) to the south, Seventh Street (Georgia Avenue) to the east, Florida Avenue to the north and Fourteenth Street to the west.  Except for Florida Avenue, all are readily accessed from the Washington Beltway.

The Green Line, Shaw-Howard University metrorail stop is three blocks away (east of the church) at 8th & R Streets.  The #60 bus runs on 11th Street and there are bus lines on Rhode Island Avenue and Seventh Street.
